Contact Jem’s Bees within 48hours after you have received the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you've eaten or otherwise used a significant portion of the item before deciding to return it, then it cannot be accepted as a return.

Jem’s Bees will replace or refund any item lost or damaged by the Royal Mail courier service free of charge.

Replacements and refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the unwanted item(s) or proof of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner, or visual proof of any courier damage. You will be refunded for the full cost of the product(s) as well as any original shipping fees paid.

The amount of time taken for your refund to clear in your account is dependent on your banking/payment provider. If you have any problems with your refund, please let us know, and we will do our best to assist, though we are not able to contact your payment provider on your behalf.
